      Sex offenders are required by law to notify the Henry County Ohio Sheriff's Office when they move. It is possible that an offender has failed to comply with this law, and has moved without proper notification.   The Henry County Ohio Sheriff's Office assumes no liability for damages as a result of errors, omissions or possible discrepancies.

    Anyone who uses information contained in this database to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to criminal prosecution.
